Thermal Camera

A Thermal Camera detects heat signatures instead of visible light, allowing it to capture images in total darkness or harsh weather. Common in perimeter security and industrial sites, thermal cameras are ideal for detecting intruders or equipment anomalies.

Thermal cameras do not see light, they see heat. Providing a black and white image the camera can detect the body heat of an individual in the image. These are night vision cameras that can highlight an individual hiding in the bushes because of the heat difference.
